What services do you offer?
I provide psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric med management, and psychotherapy for people over age 18 via video-conferencing. At our first appointment we will identify your needs, considering your mood, your medical and psychiatric history, and your family history. Together you and I will develop a treatment strategy that’s comfortable for you.
Your treatment plan may include:
- Psychotherapy
- Med management
- Lab work
- Genetic testing
- Herbal/neutraceutical/supplemental support
- Meditation
- Breathing techniques
- Teaching you to achieve and maintain the balance between body, mind, and spirit
I emphasize prevention and education as a means of minimizing your distress.
When prescribing medications, I attempt to use the fewest amount of medications as possible, at the lowest possible dose, for the shortest amount of time. I want you to make an informed decision about taking medication. I will take the time to educate you about what medications you might want to consider taking, why you might want to take them, and the benefits and risks of taking them. I will also give you non-prescription options to consider.
I am LGBTQ affirmative.
I honor your cultural, spiritual, political beliefs.

What do appointments cost?
An Initial Consultation is a comprehensive psychiatric and wellness evaluation. We will discuss your reasons for seeking treatment, your medical and psychiatric history, and other aspects of your life. We will then collaborate on treatment goals and recommendations.
Fees:
$250
Initial Consultation
(75 minutes)
Full sessions are also used to follow-up and monitor your response to treatment after your initial evaluation. Most patients who opt for full sessions do so because they provide time for in-depth psychotherapy. In addition to psychotherapy, full sessions can be used to evaluate your response to medications, lifestyle interventions, or to discuss any other concerns that may require additional time or support.
Fees:
$150
Full Session
(50 minutes)
Focus sessions are used to follow-up and monitor your response to treatment after your initial evaluation. They provide targeted follow-up such as medication management or brief supportive psychotherapy.
Fees:
$100
Focus Session
(25 minutes)
Payment is expected prior to the visit through the online patient portal. A credit card on file is required, as cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are billed in full.

Health Insurance
I am considered an “out of network provider.” I use a fee-for-service concierge model. I am able to render the care that you and I think is necessary, not what your insurance dictates. You will never be surprised by your bill and I will keep the cost to you as low as possible. I will provide superbills on request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
In return, you receive timely and exceptional care, direct access to me via phone, text, or email, and the ability to schedule same or next day appointments in many instances.

Will this count toward my Health Savings Account?
Yes, you can use your HSA card for these services.
